It gives me immense pleasure to bring into focus of the general public the “SHAH HOMAIR FOUNDATION”, a concept envisioned by Late Shah Homair of Arwal (Bihar) and brought into reality by Dr. Shah Imtiaz, ex-Mayor, Borough of Cynon Valley and former member, Court of Governors, University of Swansea (Wales, U.K.) and ably assisted by a team of dedicated staff.

The objective of the Foundation, as enshrined in the following “Genesis”, is to make available those facilities for coaching for competitive exams as well as different professional courses, which the minorities and the weaker sections of the society, owing to various reasons, have hitherto been deprived of.

There seemed to be an urgent need for a coaching and guidance centre in a city like Patna where students, especially from the weaker sections of the society, could easily and comprehensively avail themselves of the facilities for preparing for different competitive exams. The Homair Foundation seeks to provide exactly this – plus the Personality Development Programmes, mock-interviews, etc – all under one roof. The aim of these programmes is to build a solid platform as well as to provide a vital thrust to the efforts to achieve maximum possible targeted results for the enrolled candidates. All resources at the Foundation are channelised towards achieving this sole objective.

“SHAH HOMAIR FOUNDATION” aims to work relentlessly in this direction. Efforts are being made continuously to get updated materials and also to upgrade all educational tools. Services of several eminent and experienced personalities are being utilized and they offer valuable suggestions and also have interactive sessions with the students.
